Shipping and Handling There is no shipping or handling for online profiles or for the EPIC account. However, shipping cost on facilitator kits or paper products are determined by the weight of your order and the UPS or FED-Ex shipping tables. You will have several options from ground delivery to next day delivery. We primarily use UPS, but may substitute Fed-Ex or USPS. Costs are provided to you online during the check out process. Assessments and courses online do not have a shipping charge. Tracking information is available on all shipped products upon request. Duty, brokerage and custom fees are the responsibility of the purchaser on any international orders and not the responsibility of Center for Internal Change, Inc..

Exchanges & Returns Online profiles, access codes, EPIC credits or online courses cannot be refunded. Center for Internal Change, Inc. accepts limited returns of physical products purchased if they are returned to Center for Internal Change, Inc. within 15 days and the product has remained undamaged and is in perfect (new) condition. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or it is past 15 days of purchase, we will not accept the product for any exchange or refund. If there is a refund a restocking fee will be charged to cover our handling, merchant account fees, restocking and labor of 20% or $15, which ever is more, plus shipping. We are one of the few Inscape Publishing distributors that does not have a firm "No Return" policy.
If a product is received damaged we will gladly replace it with the same product and cover your return shipping and if we make a mistake we will immediately correct it and send you the correct product.
