Participants will complete online
assessment based pre-work e.g. the new expanded DiSC 79 question version of
the DiSC, Team Dimensions Profile 2.0, or Personal
Listening Profile. Their personalized,
integrated participant manuals will be
generated in PDF format through an online
administrator's account and will
include a customized participant's manual with the relevant
information from each participant's pre-work integrated into their Participant Manual, as well as their name though out.
Participant guides cost $99.75-$90.00 per
seat/participant depending on the quantity.

PROGRAM LENGTH
Approximately 3˝ - 4 ˝ hours, with the exception of
idXready: Improving Your Listening Skill, which is 4 1/2 - 5 1/2
hours.
Breaks are not included in this time. They can
be extended from a long half day to full day training.

priorities and preferences of each role in a team

four stages

communication breakdowns they may face when working with others
who have different priorities, roles, and talents.
- Learn to maximize productivity
of team meetings by identifying clear expectations and
understanding how to manage their own priorities and tendencies
