Shipping and Handling | |
Shipping and handling charges are
determined by the weight of your order and the UPS shipping tables. You will have several options from ground delivery to next day delivery. We primarily use UPS, but may substitute Fed-Ex or USPS. Costs are provided to you online during the check out process. Assessments and courses online do not have a shipping charge. Track information is available on all shipped products upon request. |

Exchanges & Returns | |
Center for Internal Change, Inc. accepts the return of a purchased item if it is returned to Center for Internal Change, Inc. within 15 days and the product has remained undamaged and is in perfect (new) condition. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or it is past 15 days of purchase, we will not accept the product for any exchange or refund. If there is a refund a restocking fee will be charged to cover our handling, merchant account fees, restocking and labor of 20% or $15, which ever is more, plus shipping. Online profiles, online assessments or online courses cannot be refunded.
If a product is received damaged we will gladly replace it with the same product and cover your return shipping. |
