The original DiSC Profile and Dimensions of Behavior, based the work of William Moulton Marston , the developer of the D.I.S.C. Model (and influenced by Carl Jung),  has also been referred to as the DISC assessment,  behavioral  profile, DISC test, personality profile, and personality test (though it is not a test, as there are no right or wrong answers or behavioral styles and types).
